Diamond flat back earrings

14k gold diamond flat back earrings designed for comfortable, everyday wear. Each earring features a bezel-set diamond with a flat back post that sits flush against the back of the ear—making them comfortable for sleeping and continuous wear.

Also known as nap earrings, the two-part flat back system provides a secure fit and can be worn in appropriate piercings including ear lobes, tragus, conch and helix.

The interchangeable design allows you to mix and match compatible flat back posts without changing the entire piercing.
