Where do you ship?
Dana Reed Designs ships worldwide from our Chicago headquarters using USPS and UPS. We offer FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $100. See our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most U.S. orders should ship within 3-10 business days. International orders usually take between 2-3 weeks. For more information about shipping rates, times, and policies see our Shipping and Returns page. We offer express shipping options for all orders.
Where is my order?
If you have your product shipped USPS tracking information will be available upon request. All UPS orders include a delivery tracking code, however we have learned the tracking does not update for some countries once clearing customs. Be sure to check your shipping confirmation email for the appropriate tracking link. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please let us know at info@danareeddesigns.com
My order was lost or damaged, what do I do?
In the event of a lost package or damaged item please contact us immediately at info@danareeddesigns.com and we will address the specific issue. For damaged goods, please include photographs of the damage. After receiving photos we will inform you of return procedure. For international orders, we ask that you please wait 5 weeks from ordering before assuming the item is lost.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping, however please include in the notes box with your order that the item is a gift and we will omit specific billing details (prices & shipping) from the invoice. We are also happy to include a printed note with a special message.
Does Dana Reed Designs accept returns?
Absolutely. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Although we put an enormous amount of effort into making sure that our descriptions and photos accurately represent the fine jewelry we offer for sale, we realize that sometimes minds change or items can look different in person. You have every right to expect your shopping experience with us to be easy and stress-free. We stand behind the quality and value of every item we make and offer a 5-day money back guarantee on unworn stock items and diamonds. Custom designed and special order pieces are final sale.

Yes, your personal information is for in-store use only. We do not give out our customer information to any other persons or businesses.
